“Reishi #1” is entirely needle felted on 100% wool canvas, and has a mossy bark background with lichens. The background with bark, moss and lichens is created in a 2D wool painting technique, while the mushrooms are sculpted in 3D and needle felted securely to the background.

The entire piece is 5” diameter, with a 3” depth.
